It is good to know that this bill finally got the approval. As per my knowledge the bill now goes to Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, who intends to sign it, a spokesman said. Right?

This is a good initiative form the democrats for improving the life of the prisoners,but the prisoners can use in a wrong way.
