Middletown police reported the following arrests: ASSAULT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
PERSONNEL — Margaret Leonard, 42, of 192 Grandview Ave., Waterbury, was
charged Wednesday with assault of public safety or emergency medical personnel,
violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear and criminal
impersonation. She was held on $75,000 bond.
