In Oval Office speech, Obama says it's 'time to turn the page' on Iraq

WASHINGTON -- President Obama declared the end of more than seven years of costly, divisive combat in Iraq Tuesday, saying the nation must shift its shrunken resources to a more dangerous war in Afghanistan and to urgent economic issues at home.
