GLASTONBURY, Conn. - A Glastonbury councilwoman is apologizing for her conduct
after a police video showed her warning police officers charging her with
drunken driving that she 'approves your salaries.' Barbara Wagner has written a
letter to the police chief saying the June 2 episode was inappropriate and she
deeply regrets her conduct.
