Couple Brings 20 Years Of Seafood Experience To Middletown
Ted Tine and his wife, Rosie Prue Tine, have spent the last nine months renovating an abandoned building across from Middletown Superior Court. On Feb. 20, they opened the Fishbone Café and Boney's Music Lounge.
